Elevation Recruitment Group Office Support are recruiting on an exclusive basis for an experienced, results driven Internal Account Manager / Inside Sales Professional. For the right candidate demonstrating natural commercial acumen, this role has the potential to develop into a high profile position within the company.

The business, which boasts a multi-site operation across the UK, pride themselves on being a major player within their industry. As a result of continued growth, they currently hold a dominant share of the market and are now looking to strengthen their team with the addition of an ambitious and career focused individual who can confidently manage key accounts whilst always being commercially aware and taking opportunity to generate income and increase revenue.

The purpose of the role will initially be to manage a challenging portfolio of key accounts, ensuring strong professional relationships are continually maintained and opportunities are identified to upsell and cross sell add on products and services to increase bottom line profit. Once established in the role there will be a requirement to proactively business develop and take responsibility for securing new accounts for the business.

Duties & Responsibilities Include:

- Key management of business critical lucrative accounts
- Ensure regular contact is made with accounts to continually strengthen working relationships
- Support the business ethos and ambition to continually expand
- Identification of areas to generate additional revenue by way of upselling and cross selling additional products and services
- Approaching new accounts to secure their business to establish additional revenue streams
- Client facing meetings
- Close liaison with additional departments including logistics and order processing

Key Skills Required:

- Demonstrable experience within a high intensity manufacturing environment, developing business and generating income is essential
- Commercially aware and proven ability to hit and exceed targets
- Ability to adapt to each individual account and communicate accordingly
- Driven and ambitious, looking for a an opportunity to excel in a company
