We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales Account Manager for the telecommunications division of a National Blue Chip company, offering a base salary of up to £18,000 - £20,000per annum with a realistic OTE of £30,000 plus excellent benefits and career prospects.

The purpose of the role is to proactively identify and convert new business opportunities, whilst account managing existing customers, in order to ensure increased spend and wider business opportunity.

Daily duties will include:

- Providing customers with technical product information and identifying which products are better suited to their needs
- Account management of existing customer accounts to ensure service levels are maintained
- Proactively making outbound calls to customers within your allocated geographic 
- Establishing customers telecommunication and technology product requirements and selling appropriate product solutions
- Booking appointments for Field Sales Executives in order to meet with customers to secure business and higher value orders
- Ensuring compliance of all sales
- Ongoing account management of customers post sale.

You will be required to undertake a proactive approach in addition to upselling and managing your accounts effectively, in order to meet your monthly revenue target.

Selling telecommunication solutions, you must have previous business to business sales experience, preferably from within the telecomms or IT industry.

Applicants must have previous experience from within one of the following roles: Sales Account Manager, Business Development Executive, Telesales Executive, Sales Consultant or Desk Based Account Manager.

The hours of work total 37.5 per week on a shift rota basis between the hours of 8:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday.
