Further to a fantastic first year's trading in Reading, Apollo Teaching Services (Est 2006) require an enthusiastic, determined Trainee Recruitment Consultant or experienced Recruitment Consultant to join us at our modern, luxurious & professional office at Green Park, Reading.

The Role:
You will be responsible for forging working relationships with Schools throughout Berkshire and the surrounding counties.
You will be expected (with the support of a Recruitment Assistant) to generate a stream of excellent candidates to place out to work. Holding & organising recruitment fairs/promotional events/flash interview sessions etc.
You will be expected to make initial 'cold-calls' to Schools to generate appointments with decision makers at Schools.
You will be expected to follow up meetings/appointments to gain orders from Schools visited.
You will work 40.5 hours per week annualised to 7am - 5pm Monday through Friday during term-time with reduced hours of 9am - 3pm in School holidays. Salary remains the same regardless.
You will interview and register potential candidates.
You will present weekly results to your Manager.

The package:

Base Salary of up to £22,000 per annum based on experience.
3 month probation with performance review at 3,6 & 12 months.
Upon achieving the company minimum standard you will earn commission as per the company's competitive commission structure. Commission is uncapped.
20 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays.
Enrolement in the company pension scheme.
Other benefits to be discussed at interview.
