Overview

Due to expansion our client is looking for a Graduate to add to their inbound Sales Executive team. Graduates will be offered and attractive benefits package and progression path the external sales team in 12-18 months which offers the chance to double their earnings!

Job Description:
• Qualify marketing inbound leads ahead of promoting these leads as opportunities
• Work with the existing sales team on identifying new opportunities in target UK accounts via outbound targeted approaches
• Work closely with Marketing on lead KPI’s, a process that will involve feeding back what is working and what needs changing
• Working with Marketing and Sales to drive attendance including sales development potentially attending these events
• Following up and qualifying attendees in order to understand motivation for attending
• Accurately forecast the monthly lead success rate to UK Sales Director
• Follow a structured opportunity qualification process
• Able to build champions in client and prospect accounts

Person Specification:
• Graduates
• Self-starter mentality who controls their own destiny
• Inspirational presenter / story teller
• Proven solid understanding of a SaaS business
• Experience of using a CRM (Salesforce) would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience of call tracking systems would be beneficial but not essential
• Experience of online marketing would be beneficial but not essential
