Role Purpose:
To lead and motivate a team of Travel Money Advisors in a bureau, to drive sales, deliver high levels of customer service, manage costs, grow revenue, ensure that all operational, risk & compliance standards are upheld, and ensure our people are happy, motivated whilst being managed in a fair and compliant way.
