2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to work for a managed service provider based in Manchester. Due to growth and a number of internal promotions they are now seeking a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

The nature of the role will be troubleshoot desktop and system problems, diagnose and solve hardware/software issues as well as establishing good working relationships with 3rd party suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience working with an IT Service Desk environment
* Network troubleshooting LAN/WAN
* Windows 7, 8 & 10
* IOS and Android.
