A hugely successful and market leading price comparison booking platform are looking to hire a Senior UX Designer to join their in-house team. The company are moving into the insure-tech industry with a huge financial backing from large investment firms. They have almost doubled in size over the last 6 months and are further looking to grow over the next few years.

They require a Senior UX Designer to work on a number of Greenfield applications, leading the design and usability of these products. This is an exciting opportunity to own the UX Design process for conception to implementation working alongside a highly capable agile product team.

Currently they have one Mid-level UX Designer who would be reporting directly to you, and they are further looking to grow this UX team over the next year. Thus, this role will eventually move into a Lead UX Designer position with the opportunity to own the entire UX function internally.

The requirements for this role are:
Good experience speaking with stakeholders and conducting user research
Experience creating user personas and IA
Some experience with mobile applications
Proven track record owning the end-to-end design process for a particular product or feature
Will have worked in an agile environment
