Our client, an outsourced service provider are currently recruiting for a Security Systems Manager, to work on one of their client sites in Windsor, for a well known Utility organisation. The Security Systems Manager will be required to manage client protective (technical) security systems ensuring uninterrupted delivery to the business and regulatory compliance. To include but not limited to management of C-Cure 9000©, various CCTV systems, executive home and vehicle monitoring, access control systems, and alarm management and response protocols.

Key Responsibilities
• Ensure integrity of client's data information
• To protect the client’s property, personnel and assets through assuring the access control system
• Keep up to date with knowledge of latest versions of CCure and Victor (Tyco)
• Be the primary contact for the client's IT regarding version control and system upgrade
• Work with the clients' IT in the development of scripts for integration and automation of reports
• Be the primary contact for all site Security teams for triage to identified faults within the security systems
• Work closely with their Group Security Team
• Collate and maintain accurate data regarding the performance of each security system
• Ensure that all Security systems are sustainable for the client's growing business
• Produce innovative ideas and solutions to standardise the security systems across all business units
• Develop and deliver competency training for system operators
• Working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
• Drawing up a testing schedule all security systems
• Be the lead in security project and create project briefs and proposals
• Developing audit procedures for all C-Cure employee profiles to ensure compliance
• Ensure that the client's Global Operations Centre systems work in disaster recovery
• Develop and maintain testing scheduled for WAR
• Develop and maintain Operational Requirements for all security systems
• Liaise with the Engineering to ensure PPM schedules are met
• Make appropriate use of the C-Cure system to run reports and / or monitor card activity in line with their client's Security Standards
• To keep accurate and up to date records of all Request for Information (RFI) requests
• Report faults in line with client’s requirements.

Key Skills, Experience and Qualifications
• Familiarity with technology to include the Microsoft suite, CCTV, and C-Cure applications
• Experience in the use of scheduling technology systems
• Valid SIA licence - Door Supervisor and CCTV is advantageous
• Formal qualifications are not required although given the nature and profile of the role the jobholder will have previous experience in a similar role or environment
• Understand the impact of changes in technology
