Customer Success Manager.

A forward thinking, innovative organisation based in the centre of Birmingham are looking for a Customer Success Manager to work with a global automotive giant organisation and a significant long running client.

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
Package: 28 days holiday, 3% pension, bonus plan, childcare voucher scheme and life assurance.
Location: Central Birmingham.

You will be responsible for managing and developing senior relationships within these two accounts, promoting retention and loyalty. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring these clients are receiving a true value in the software solution.

This vacancy within a successful software provider is a real opportunity for an established customer success manager to join a growing organisation or an experienced customer experience professional/ account manager to make the next step in their career.

Customer Success Manager responsibilities:

* Promote company services by developing strong relationships with key decision makers.
* Understand clients business needs, objectives and practices.
* Ensure projects are on track, liaising with internal teams to confirm tasks are delegated appropriately and the customers requirements are achieved.

The successful Customer Success Manager will be able to demonstrate:

* Demonstrate building credible relationships with people of various levels
* Track record in a customer experience or account management position.
* Knowledge / appreciation of Customer Success Management
* Excellent presentation, public speaking skills and general product awareness
* Show efficiency and a sense of urgency when dealing with key individuals
