The Implementation Delivery Manager will lead the operational function for the delivery of all elements within implementations; this will include the setup, execution of all projects and programmes against all Wincor accounts projects. This delivery must comply with the agreed governance, operational and commercial processes and be aligned to best practice. The Implementation Delivery Manager will ensure robust controls and reporting between all key stakeholders are in place.


* To coordinate the delivery of all new services to be undertaken by Implementations, including actions against the agreed transition and initiation plans, delivery and project management of accounts, IMACs and new service lines with governance controls applied throughout.
* To manage a robust delivery and governance framework underpinning a standardised/productionised delivery model that will achieve the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
* To operate a robust commercial and operational governance framework, that will control, manage and provide early warning indicators against all elements of the Implementations business, such that issues can be avoided, mitigated or any impacts substantially reduced.
* To manage the delivery of all services to the required quality and performance standards and contractual obligations, including close liaison with the key business units to ensure 'on site' delivery organisation is fully aligned into the e2e delivery model.
* To manage and develop the production of accurate and timely MI to demonstrate delivery performance and to ensure management of performance levels (including 3rd Parties and sub-contractors performance). This MI will feed into the governance framework and assist trend analysis to drive CI.
* To ensure all reporting is of the right level for the right audience, accurate and produced/distributed to agreed time tables.
* To work with service 'stakeholders' ensuring all are sufficiently informed about the scope of services provided and ongoing delivery performance. To ensure each individual 'stakeholder' provides high levels of personal and public support for Wincor Nixdorf. The Head of Delivery is to ensure internal, external and customer stakeholders are all aligned and kept informed at all stages.
* To uphold the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction with delivery at a local level.
* To actively promote client engagements and to develop strong / lasting senior level relationships capable of generating business benefit.
* To lead, coach and mentor all key internal stakeholders to ensure high levels of performance.
* To accomplish the achievement of results and objectives, executed through leading by example to motivate the team through a common set of goals, that are clearly documented, measurable and achievable including relevant KPI's and adherence to governance and process frameworks.
* To act as an 'escalation manager' for serious / major Implementation delivery performance issues.
* To drive and embed an ethos and framework of continuous improvement maintaining strict levels of governance in all that the Implementations Delivery Manager and the department undertakes.
* To participate in the Implementations management team and actively support the other managers within all areas of services and the business as a whole ensuring overall operational, financial and performance targets are achieved with full transparency and accuracy on all forecasts and commercial reporting.
* To create a personal 'network' across the Wincor Nixdorf service organisations worldwide to ensure effective use of existing resources and have rapid access to these resources, when required
* To identify and implement continuous service improvement plans to deliver increased quality and drive down costs against budget.
* To work with the Head of Delivery to achieve the agreed strategy and operational objectives for Wincor Nixdorf and its Service Division.
* To implement and develop a best in class team of project delivery experts/team that will enable the promotion and 'selling' of higher end value propositions in the Project Management and Programme delivery space.
