You`ll work alongside an IT Manager and have the opportunity to really own your responsibilities.

You`ll be the first line of support for external users, reporting to an enthusiastic IT Manager. This is a critical role responsible for being the first-line support for all employee IT requests. You`ll ensure our IT needs are met efficiently with a seamless customer experience through that channel as a First Line Support apprentice.

As a First Line Support Apprentice, your job includes:

- Installation of operating systems - manually and with imaging tools
- Installation of software and applications onto PC`s, laptops and devices.
- Installing hardware components into PC`s- RAM, Graphics cards, VGA/ DVI adapters etc.
- Using case management tools, team working and time management.
- Fault finding techniques.
- Checking for Network connectivity.
- Understanding and Applying IP addresses, Subnet masks
- Remote access software administration
- Connecting and configuration of PC`s onto a desktop location.
- Activating and managing user licences.
- Effective questioning and troubleshooting
