Are you an aspiring IT guru looking to step up and take your career to the next level? An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice IT Support Analyst in Stockton-on-Tees!

Who you`ll work for

Reporting to the Managing Director you will be working for a leading supplier of Computer Software and Maintenance Services.

The role has been specifically created for a Cyber Security Apprentice who will work alongside the existing team of experienced Sales and Sales Engineering staff.

As an Apprentice IT Support Analyst, your job includes

- Level 1 Telephone Support
- Level 1 Remote Support to existing customers
- Pre-Installation of all software, this ranges from Microsoft Office to Bespoke software written by Active Documents Ltd
- Setup and Pre-Installation of Servers prior to install
- Basic hardware fault finding of faulty computer equipment
- Software troubleshooting on Desktop PC`s
- Virus and malicious software removal on Desktop Computers
- Data backup
- Research & Development into new technologies
- Understanding and Developing internal systems
- New Software & Update verification
- General Office administration

What experience and skills do I need?

You don`t need loads of professional experience in IT. However, you`ll need at least five GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths, English and IT / Science.
