Our client, an innovative e-learning content and learning platform provider, is looking to recruit a senior sales professional with a track record in e-learning and/or LMS sales. Successful candidates will possess a minimum of three years of experience within e-learning sales to senior stakeholders.

About the Role

* Consultative sales and building a pipeline of prospects through regular client visits, networking, cold calling and relationship building
* Focused business development and relationship management activity
* Meeting with potential clients to understand their requirements
* Developing creative solutions in line with client's requirements
* Presenting and selling professionally and confidently to clients
* Creating and following up on leads from exhibitions etc.

About you
* Minimum of three years of experience selling learning technologies e.g. digital learning content, learning management systems
* Excellent sales prospecting and business development skills
* Client relationship and rapport building skills
* Ability to understand and assess client needs and develop targeted solutions
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Ability to present to senior decision makers
* Good proposal writing skills
* Understanding of the e-learning market, including trends, development and standards e.g. SCORM
