Service Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical)

Nationwide (Based in Essex)

£25,000 to £29,000 Basic + OTE £40,000 + Holiday + Van (Personal Use) + Phone + Pension + Business Credit Card + Training

Monday to Friday Days role

Service Engineer required for a successful and growing manufacturer of specialist machinery, the company can offer a very competitive package and external training/courses such as F-Gas qualification and PLC training.

The Service Engineer role will suit candidates from ANY background who have strong electrical and mechanical experience. Candidates from manufacturing, production, service, military and workshop backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The Service Engineer will need to be flexible to work overtime in the week, but all work is paid door to door and overtime above 40 hours is paid at a premium rate. The company are based in Essex, however they have clients across the U.K. Service Engineers can expect to have 2 to 3 nights away per month, all paid for and organised by the company and a business credit card is provided.

The Service Engineer will need to have experience working on electrical and mechanical equipment and can be from ANY background. The Service Engineer will be working on Invertors, valves, motors, pumps, chains, solenoids and PLC’s. The service engineer will get F-Gas training if they do not already have this and be taught PLC fault finding inputs/outputs. Preferably candidates should live commutable to Essex, however this is not essential and candidates further afield are encouraged to apply.

The company can provide a very competitive salary with optional weekend overtime paid at premium rates for candidates looking to bolster their salary. They can offer specific training including F-Gas certification.

The Service Engineer Role:

* Monday to Friday with optional weekend overtime (You can earn up to £40,000 with overtime)
