Position: Maintenance Team Leader
Location: Doncaster/Scunthorpe area
Duration: Permanent
Hours: 7am to 5pm Mon-Fri & 7pm to 5am Sun-Thurs on a weekly rotating basis
Salary: £43,753 per annum, including shift allowance.

Kinetic are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Team Leader to join a very well-established and leading global manufacturer located in the Doncaster/Scunthorpe area.


The role is for a maintenance trained Team Leader to lead the shift production team.

Primarily this will involve:

* Proactive maintenance and repair heavy duty production machinery.
* Responsible for the factory to produce required products safely and to the correct quality standards.

Working with the team, duties will include:

* Carrying out essential maintenance on all aspects of the production line, Mechanical or Electrical.
* Working through a programme of PPM and helping to develop agility systems.
* Attending breakdowns, ensuring machine safety standards are kept to the highest level.
* Ensuring critical spares are maintained to ensure minimal downtime.
* Improving factory OEE through development and innovation of the production facilities and the team.


To be considered for the role of Maintenance Team Leader you will need the following experience.

* Apprentice trained with relevant Maintenance qualifications.
* Previous Management/Team Leading experience, ideally with a relevant qualification.
* Appreciation of FMCG/Production line experience preferred.
