Do you have a strong mechanical background and experience working on either HGV, light commercial or plant?

This hire and fleet management company provide a range of services both workshop and field based for a variety of clients.

The main purpose of this role will be to service, repair and maintain light commercial, HGV and refuse vehicles. You will also be field based reacting to customer breakdowns where a work van is provided.

The ideal candidate will come from a HGV, light commercial or refuse back ground and have strong mechanical, diagnosis and hydraulics experience.

The Role:
- Carrying out maintenance and repairs to the light commercial, HGV and refuse vehicles
- Fault finding and problem solving.
- React to breakdowns (field based)
- On call rota

The Person:
- Apprenticeship or relevant qualification
- Experience with Commercial Vehicle Maintenance
- HGV Class 2 desirable
