Berry Recruitment are looking to recruit for a Project Manager to oversee the Aspire Youth Offending Support Project for a Charity organisation based in Luton.

You will launch and manage this new project, working closely with the client delivery partners in Herts Police, Social Services and Schools etc. You will supervise a PT Project Assistant and direct recruit, deploy, manage and support a team of 50-75 young volunteers. Together you will support 20-25 young people aged 14-16 who are at risk of offending. The project is ongoing: young people will typically be support for up to 2 years, leaving room for new beneficiaries each year.

The ideal candidate will be an excellent organiser, team-leader and communicator with a hands-on approach. From experience, you are able to work sensitively and effectively with young people who are at risk of offending and who need support to achieve a positive trajectory - providing a quality response to the challenge of heading up this innovative and important project. You will be supported by an experienced high quality Board with personal support from the CEO. You will be excited by the opportunities in this new role and determined to achieve excellent results for the young people the client supports.

This role is paying between £23,000-£26,000, plus pension
37.5 hours a week, Hertfordshire based
