Position: Referral Co-ordinator 
Location: Doncaster 
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent 
Hours: 37.50 hours per week 
Salary: up to £21,000 per annum

About the role: 

They are seeking to recruit a Referral Administrator to manage and provide a first-class telephone referral service, ensuring that it is co-ordinated with the wider organisation's referral process. Acting as the first point of contact for all enquiries and referrals to the Service, you will utilise relevant information from callers to handle calls effectively and ensure appropriate signposting or outcomes for the caller. 

You will also undertake a range of administrative activities, using a range of systems to support efficient, high quality processes and practices across the Service and provide support to the Service Manager(s) by ensuring statistical reports are collated and produced for quarterly contract meetings. 

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and referrals to the service, you will manage calls to the referral line during office hours; obtaining and utilising relevant information from callers to handle calls effectively and ensure appropriate signposting or outcomes for the caller. You`ll provide low level phone advocacy support to people who contact the service for guidance on an advocacy related issue. 

About you: 

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, extremely organised, highly IT literate and will have good problem solving skills. If you have technical knowledge and understanding of secretarial and administrative functions they would love to hear from you. 

You will have an understanding and relating to internal and external customers with the ability to develop and deliver training sessions for new colleagues on referral and recording systems used.
