Customer Experience Manager - Car Dealership / Motor Trade

Salary: £30,000 OTE £35,000 + car and benefits

We are currently recruiting for a Customer Experience Manager to work in our client's large Main Dealer site in the Swindon area.

Ideally the successful candidate will be a Service Manager from a smaller main dealer, a Senior Service Advisor looking for the next step or someone currently working as a Customer Care Manager/Customer Experience Manager.

Role:
You will lead, motivate, manage and drive your team to provide customer service excellence, whilst delivering against the company's key performance indicators. You will ensure the Retail Centre is well managed and take responsibility for the Hosts and Car Park Hosts.

They work closely with other departments, are hands on with the day to day running of the Retail Centre and achieve the highest standards set out by the Brand.

You will have a customer-centric attitude and committed to delivering excellent service to all our customers

You will also be working closely with the senior management to ensure that key objectives and strategies are met, we are looking for someone who is constantly looking to improve the department and to exceed targets.

You will be an individual who prides themselves on customer service, works well with the staff to get the best out of the department and someone who will make the department their own.

-To unleash the potential of the host team by setting stretching objectives and providing regular feedback on performance against these objectives.
-Ensure that all Hosts have a current PDR to maximise performance and to support individuals development.
-Ensure that compliance is enforced and that it meets all the obligations relating to the customer experience and to the manufacturers standards
-Encourage the host team to review processes to ensure they are working in the most efficient way.

Requirement:
-Minimum 2 years experience as a Senior Service Advisor/Service Manager at main dealer level.
-A proven track record in customer service
-The ability to lead by example, manage and inspire the team to deliver an Incredible performance
-Strong customer focus
-Great computer literacy
-Self motivation

Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £35k) + Company Car and benefits
