Our successful and progressive client is looking for a competent, analytical and confident CRM Executive for a six-month full-time contract. You will have experience with databases and are at home analysing and interpreting excel based data. You will be the first point of contact to support the Global CRM Manager to ensure the consistent application of the CRM system.

Key Accountabilities for the CRM Executive:

* To be responsible for the management and consistent application of the company's CRM solution
* To seek out feedback from senior management and the user community to ensure the solution continues to meet the changing business requirements.
* To build a relationship with each individual business, their CRM champion and local users globally in order to assist them in maximising the use of CRM locally, regionally and globally.
* To co-ordinate the regional Super User community to ensure compliance and consistency regarding the use of CRM.
* To personally develop own skills, knowledge and experience of the CRM systems to the mutual benefit of the individual and the business
* To review calls logged to identify any training needs or improvements to reduce the call volumes
* Liaising with the training department for the development of training packages for new starters.
* Manage the user community acting as the point of contact for new user account setup and role creation

* Commercial awareness
* Previous database experience
* Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
* Confident with communicating at all levels
* Highly analytical
* Excellent communicator, maintain high level of professionalism
* Highly organised and excellent time management skills
