Office Accounts Co-ordinator, newly created permanent vacancy based in Wiltshire. This is a full time post, offering up to £25,000 per annum. Reporting to the Owner/Director of this established Environmental company, requires a candidate from either a Construction/Landscaping/Trades background. You will be responsible for managing the taking of customer orders, providing quotes and processing through to final payment. You will have
proven working knowledge of SAGE 50/2000 and the understanding of all general accounting functions. Raising purchase orders, checking bank details and payment methods,
agreeing costings and scheduling of jobs/route planning with internal Environmentalists.
Obtaining and checking validity of commercial insurance information from customers in line with regulatory standards, checking of all necessary paperwork and procedures.
The role includes the handling of email and telephone communication between company, customers, professional bodies, surveyors, building contractors, construction and trades sectors
Use of Windows (Word and Excel) for email and written confirmation, management of BACS and credit card payments on behalf of customers. Processing orders and creating new customer accounts and providing warranties for completed works. Contact with Landscaping Team regarding work allocations plus varied administration, copying and filing duties.
