On-going temporary Office Manager position, Dorking, Competitive rate.

Your new company

A small financial organisation based in the heart of Dorking.

Your new role

As the office manager you will be responsible for the smooth running of the office.
this will include but not be limited to:

* The provision of administrative support to the office
* Audio typing
* Organisation of the office, to keep up with current standards
* Keeping up to date on maintenance and health and safety
* The Majority of your work will be carried out on Microsoft Office programmes, Word and Excel specifically.
* Diary management
* Becoming familiarised with the processes and procedures of the business

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a proactive worker, able to over come the stress that the job could entail.

To be able to provide customer service to the clients that they already work along side and also to be able to provide the same level of customer service to new clients.

You will need to be a highly organised and confident worker that is able to work well within a small team.

A confident communicator in English written and verbally.
