Why we are different

When you start with us your progression will be based on your performance. You can progress based on your experience and skills developed in your current role, and you can be promoted when the right levels of skills are achieved, not when a more senior role becomes vacant.

This is different because it gives you the opportunity to progress at any time, not solely at an annual review. Your promotion will reflect an increase in skill and experience and in turn will allow you to work on a wider range of projects, more independently, and engage more fully with clients to provide “value added” solutions.
