Based on growth, our client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit 7 Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join their team.

These roles are based on growth within the company.

This company offers a fantastic salary of £ 21,039 for working a 35 hour week plus an excellent benefits package including 29 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays!

Duties to include:
• Handling incoming calls regarding queries
• Identifying client needs and advising on various solutions
• Accurately inputting information onto the in house database
• Liaising professionally with internal and external clients
• General administration duties
Key Skills:
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Good administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Working knowledge of Excel, Word and Databases
Hours of Work:
Full Time - 35 hours per week – Monday to Friday

£ 21, 039
