Contract Sales Manager - South Central / South East

Package:

Basic salary c.£33-37,000

OTE +£10-12,000

Company Car, Mobile, Laptop, iPad, Pension, etc.

Mission:

Selling the whole range of the Company's Commercial Interior products

This person will focus on selling to the Regional and Local House Builder and Developer, Contractor and Housing Association market places.

The objective will be to increase the Regional turnover from this customer base through new business and development of existing accounts.

Products are expected to be used for mainly internal applications but can be used for external applications too.

Person Requirements:

KBB, Commercial Interiors or Construction related sales experience.

Need some experience in the local and regional House Builder and Developer, Contractor and Housing Association market sector and can target your own contacts in the first 2-3 months; then will be given a target list of contacts to go after.

Someone who can win new business.
