This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident and experienced administrator who is keen to develop their career and is comfortable working independently, and as part of a team.

Our client is a young, creative and successful property development business based in Manchester. A winner of the ‘Housing Development of the Year’ award and part of a diverse group, they design, develop and build stylish and exciting housing & office projects in the North West.

They are growing quickly and looking for an administration assistant to help with the day to day running of the project office, helping maintain a growing development pipeline, and providing support to the Managing Director for certain administrative duties under the guidance of the Project Manager. The role would suit someone who is used to managing a varied workload in a fast-paced environment.

Working within a highly skilled team 8am-5.30pm Monday-Friday with an hour for lunch, and reporting to the Project Manager, the main duties will include:

·Administrative and research support for new business and land opportunities
·Assist with the upkeep of the central project tracker
·Liaise with both internal and third party consultants to ensure timely return of information required for bid submissions
·Develop and maintain the businesses central filing system
·Attendance and minute taking at both internal and project meetings where required
·Provide research support where required into the marketing strategy and current business rebrand
·Coordinate arrangements for any engagements requested Managing Director, e.g. booking restaurants
·Coordinate Director’s travel and car parking arrangements
·Coordinate Director’s diary, meeting requests, and teleconference calls
·Working closely with companies and organisations
·Other ad hoc administration duties
