Working for a corporate blue chip organisation you will be part of a busy Outbound Sales team where you will be identifying and converting telephone sales opportunities for all products to prospective businesses.

This role is a consultative role and working with business customers so a professional telephone manner is key as well as the ability to communicate with people at all levels.

Although this role is outbound sales the position is very much fact finding initially in order to complete the sales of products and also building relationships with points of contact whilst building information.

This role is working Monday to Friday and pays a competitive salary of between £18'000-£18'500 Flexibility for the right person) with additional bonus and commission and an OTE of between £24-28k in your first year. Training will be provided.

Main aspects of the role will include:

Telephone prospective clients with a view to discovering a need for training solutions.
Selling products to the identified need.
Creating and using your own lead base.
Identifying details of decision makers/ influencers.
Recording all prospect information and contact details on a CRM database.
Emailing confirmation to prospect with information of identified products.
Once on board gaining terms and conditions and setting up the account, recording all information correctly on CRM.
Client Retention, upsell and cross sell.
Be target driven and motivated to achieve KPI's that are set.

Skills and Experience required

* Demonstrable experience of sales success within an outbound sales role
* Self-motivated and have a highly driven attitude
* Innovative approach - thinks outside the box; identifies opportunities to upsell and cross sell at every point.
* To be keen to go 'the extra mile'
* Confident objection handling skills
* Experience in dealing with prospective customers at all levels
* A confident telephone manner
* Question and identify opportunities at every point of a call
* Competent in use of MS Office, Outlook applications and on-line databases
* Focussed and target driven at all times.
* Ability to listen and question then to qualify and summarise
