Bid Co-ordinator– Woking– £30,000

* We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to support the sales and marketing function, who can bring both technical skill and creativity to the department.
* You will assist in managing the tender process for all new business, specifically responding to requests for information, designing tender bids and proposals and preparing presentations.
* Experience in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint is desirable.
* Experience of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop or any other graphic design package would be an advantage.
* Confidence, a positive approach and good communication skills are vital to this role, enabling you to gather verbal and written information accurately and produce documentation.

* Delivery of compliant professionally produced proposals
* Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from sales, operational teams and Company senior management
* Contribute, communicate and influence at a senior level
* Responsible for the production, editing, formatting, proof reading and publication of submission documents.
* Ensuring all major and strategic tenders has conformed to the bid management review process.
* Assembling supporting information such as QA Certificates, H&S Documentation, etc from central resource.
* Provide admin support for selected conferences, including: ordering and collating promotional materials, booking hotels, courier management
