Central Employment are delighted to be partnering with a leading eCommerce organisation as they look to appoint a SaaS Account Manager.

As part of their continued growth we are now looking to support our customers with their own ecommerce businesses made possible by our recently launched API and storefront solution.

Purpose of the SaaS Account Manager:

As a SaaS Account Manager you’ll make sure that customers and partners are able to grow their business with the full support of our products and services. As a part of this team, you’ll serve as liaison between our partners, Customer Support and Engineering teams. You’ll handle the customer relationship pre- and post-implementation from on-boarding to roadmap planning and daily support for storefront solutions.

SaaS Account Manager you will be responsible for:

Manage the onboarding of new customers by conducting kick-off meetings with sales and project teams to win new business
Provide technical support for customers to support pre-sales and post-sales processes
Consult with new clients by asking the right questions to understand their intended use-cases
Make recommendations on how to use our products and increase sales
Train customers to use products effectively
Provide initial triage on customer issues, technical bugs, or other change requests
Perform implementation reviews, suggest new product features and ensure the successful and timely resolution of technical challenges
Guarantee the technical aspects of your customer deployments by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance
Improve product offerings by providing customer feedback on features to Product and Engineering teams

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a SaaS Account Manager, ideally in a consulting technology or SaaS-based business
3+ years’ experience managing external customers and supporting sales teams
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong project management and collaboration skills
Ability to articulate technical solutions and how they can solve problems to non-technical audiences
Self-directed and motivated
Ability to influence and manage others with limited authority
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Desirable:

Degree in Computer Science or related field (in lieu of degree, equivalent experience)
Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies, specifically with software and front-end development
