Our established client based near Chichester, West Sussex, is seeking a permanent Business Analyst.


The objective of the Business Operations Analyst role is to deliver accurate, timely and useful information in order to meet the needs of the business. The Business Operations Analyst is responsible for the management and maintenance of the data and documentation held in our core and secondary applications.

The role reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
Specifically, the role includes:
a) Ensuring that data across the organisation and applications is accurate and delivered to the correct timescales
b) Producing and presenting analytical models and ad hoc analysis for decision making and analysis
c) Maintaining, producing and overseeing management information including performance measurement data
- extracting data from our in-house database system
- reporting key performance metrics with management
- reviewing the automation and efficient production of standard MI packs and processes
d) Managing a suite of customer documentation for example quotations and schedules
- making accurate content changes to the document suite as instructed by the management team
- ensuring change implementation and control
- ensuring the document production process functions efficiently
e) As part of a team, helping to identify solutions and tracking system request changes to the core application are delivered by 3rd party developers

You must possess
a) Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience
b) Advanced Excel skills including Macros and VBA and with Microsoft are critical
c) Experience of light programming or building solutions within applications
d) Good Powerpoint and Outlook use
e) Strong reporting skills - numerical and narrative
