P402 Qualified Asbestos Surveyor (Home Based) - Cheshunt

£25,000 - £28,000 + Benefits

An opportunity has arisen for P402 Qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join my client, a leading UKAS accredited Health & Safety / Asbestos consultancy, in a home based role.

The ideal candidate for the P402 Qualified Asbestos Surveyor (Home Based) role will be a surveyor at Lead / Senior level, ideally with a minimum of 5 years experience. You will hold a full UK license, be local, or commutable to Essex / Herts area, and have the ability to work under pressure, to deadline, with minimal supervision.

The role of P402 Qualified Asbestos Surveyor (Home Based) will see you working on my clients multi-year Social Housing contract, carrying out management and refurbishment surveys, primarily on domestic properties. Your work will be sent over to you by email, and you will be travelling from home to site and back again with very minimal dealings with the head office in the Midlands. You will be completing and submitting reports in accordance with HSG 264, and company standards.

A basic salary of up to £28,000 is on offer for the P402 Qualified Asbestos Surveyor role, along with a company vehicle, benefits package, and the guarantee of local work around the Essex / Herts area.
