I am actively seeking a registered manager to oversee the day to day management of a twenty plus residential service for older adults, some of whom have dementia.

You will join a privately owned, fully compliant service in the Dudley region.

Working closely with the company directors and an established staff team consisting of seniors and healthcare assistants, you will maintain a positive, professional and person centred environment that puts the needs of the people they support first.

Employed on a full time basis, you will be responsible for all elements of day to day management of the service, including care and support planning, staff recruitment and training, managing referalls and quality and compliance.

A professional, care focussed manager, you will have excellent communication skills, a real passion for making a difference to the lives of the people you support and a positive approach to management.

Excellent time management skills and a "can do" attitude are essential for this registered manager job role.

To be considered for this exciting vacancy, you need to demonstrate a proven background within a registered manager capacity for elderly residential care services. Alternatively, you will be a competent deputy who is looking for their next step on the career ladder and can hit the ground running.

A formal managerial qualification in health and social care, extensive CQC knowledge and experience and comprehensive computer skills are all essential to be considered for this job role.
