You'll enjoy a great deal of variety as you'll oversee multiple audits, run high profile projects, and contribute significantly to the Operations strategy. You will be exposed to high level stakeholders from day one making this a fantastic opportunity to be recognised for your rigour, leadership, and integrity.

Responsibilities will include:

-Managing a team of 4 as they deliver engagements which will be at times complex and high profile in nature
-Retaining oversight during testing, ensuring that both the audits' quality and progress meet the standards expected, and that the testing completed fulfils the scope of the audit plan
-Setting standards for rigour and efficiency, and making sure that resources are allocated flexibly and effectively within your portfolio
-Contributing to high quality and impactful written engagement reports produced by your team, and providing the business leaders with advice on prudent risk management
-Building credibility and trust with business stakeholders to enhance the Internal Audit's reputation as an objective and trustworthy business partner

To be successful in this role you will be a qualified professional with outstanding interpersonal skills. The role will involve a small amount of International travel but this will be planned in advance and UK travel will be limited (5-10%) with you being able to enjoy the flexibility of working from home and making use of easily commutable office functions in the North West and West Yorkshire.
