We have an excellent opportunity for a Night Support Worker to join a fantastic residential for adults with learning disabilities and autism in Teignmouth.

The service is made up of 6 individual flats, and is home to 9 residents. Staff have seen the residents blossom and challenging behaviours reduce greatly as a result of the service evolving into this set up, which provides residents with highly individualised support.

Your role as Night Support Worker will include:
- Support with evening and morning personal care routines
- Assisting with supper and helping residents to bed
- Tending to any needs throughout the night
- Helping with breakfast routines and morning handovers
- Light housework duties

You will be given excellent training and support to help you thrive and develop in your new role, so experience is not essential. We are looking for people who are passionate about helping people and eager to learn, with a strong work ethic and a stable work history. A good sense of humour and laid back approach also come in handy!

This is a permanent, full time role, working 42 hours per week. Shifts run from 8pm - 8am, and you will work 4 nights in Week 1, and 3 nights in Week 2, on a 2 week rolling rota, with every other weekend off.

Pay rates are £8 per hour / £17,472 per annum, plus excellent benefits including:
- Excellent public transport links
- DBS paid for by employer
- Thorough induction and commitment to ongoing training
- 28 days annual leave including bank holidays
- Online benefits and cashback rewards
- Cycle to work scheme
- Car benefit scheme
- Childcare Vouchers
- Pension
