Salary: £20,000-£23,000

Job Type: Permanent

Hours of work: 09:00-17:30

Location: Birmingham

We currently seek to recruit an Office Administrator and Team Secretary for a Property Consultancy company based in Birmingham City Centre.

The key responsibilities of an Office Administrator:

* Carrying out general administrative duties
* Managing reports
* Audio typing
* Updating the company website
* Creating bids and documents
* Processing invoices
* Organising and attending events

The successful Office Administrator will posses the following skills:

* Proficient user of Microsoft based programmes, including PowerPoint
* Be creative and able to use own initiative
* Ability to prepare documents within required deadlines
* Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
* Be able to prioritise and have exceptional attention to detail
* Experience working in a corporate environment would be an advantage but is not essential
