Great earning potential – £20,620 starting salary + 30% on target bonus. You could also earn an additional £16,000 per annum, on top of your basic salary and bonus! (based on current accelerators).
Monday – Friday business working hours (no weekend work required) with both full and part time opportunities available.
We will even pay you your on target bonus whilst you are in training!

Right now we’re looking to grow our dynamic team with highly motivated Sales Advisors who have a passion to succeed in a fast-paced, performance driven environment. The role holder delivers defined revenue, product volume and quality targets through the acquisition and retention of UK SME customers. Sales opportunities are initiated by either an inbound call from a customer or outbound call as part of a specific campaign and in accordance with business requirements.  The role holder will answer, and respond to, customer enquiries efficiently, effectively and appropriately in accordance with defined processes and procedures.

Of course, we’ll provide comprehensive training to successful candidates where you’ll be given the skills to showcase the full range of BT products and services to help us retain and acquire new customers.

Key responsibilities
Deliver Revenue and Customer Satisfaction targets by up-selling or cross-selling business products and building real value in existing relationships.
To ensure a strong understanding of BT’s products and services exists.
Use effective questioning techniques to understand the customer’s business needs and identify the opportunities these present for BT and the customer.
Be tenacious and motivated to achieve defined business targets.
Get to know your customers and provide an excellent level of customer service.

Key skills and experience
Customer focused – the ability to understand the importance of customer acquisition and deliver customer satisfaction targets.
Creative in approach to generating revenue.
Excellent communication skills – knows how to demonstrate, promote and sell.
Strong commercial acumen with particular focus on being able to apply critical business thinking to achieve sales objectives
Be passionate, ambitious and driven in your career
Resilient

Some understanding of the SME market place would be an advantage, but is not essential
