Customer Care Manager

Working for a local and extremely reputable construction organisation our client is seeking a skills and experienced Customer Care Manager. With the opportunity to develop and join an organisation at an exciting growth period.

Your new role

* Responsible for day to day running of the customer care department.
* Reporting directly to the MD and responsible for all day to day customer operations.
* Organising and support all customer support staff .
* Organising and supporting on site customer support and maintenance team.
* Dealing with any NHBC queries or resolutions.
* Regular site visits and dealing with resolutions
* Take full responsibility for any plot after the site manager has completed and had signed off by the customer the initial snag list from the customer.
* Ensuring each customer has a excellent "experience"

What you'll need to succeed

Previous Customer Management experience within a construction/housing environment, have a driven and people focused approach. The ability to drive results along with drive team momentum along with passion for people.
