Identify new business opportunities related to new services in the UK collections market.
* Sales prospecting activities to categorise new business client opportunities within the UK, including telephone/cold calling, sales calls, meetings, etc. and the creation of relevant sales collateral
* Investigation and assessment of prospects requirements to enable my client to prepare the most suitable sales proposition for the client and ensure we are well positioned to successfully secure potential business.
* Preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals to effectively position and promote my clients services to potential clients. Co-ordinating resource and input as required from other support departments to negotiate pricing, business terms and the contract.
* Work with the program management teams to ensure a seamless handover and transition of the prospect to the operations group.

Experience Needed
Experience in a similar post, managing large Client Organisation accounts and business areas in a medium to large Contact Centre organisation. Previous involvement in the sales of collections outsourcing services, or related services would be a distinct advantage. In addition, candidates must have experience in face-to-face, business to business and/or business to consumer selling, preferably with a business solutions approach and related to outsourcing or services sales.
