The Client:

Our forward-thinking and well established IT client based in Romford, are seeking an experienced 2nd Line IT Support Engineer / Technician to join their team in order to provide second line support to all of their diverse and loyal client base in the local area.

Due to the nature of this role you must be a driver with your own vehicle.

The 3rd Line IT Support Technician / Engineer Role:

The role involves working supporting a loyal customer base on a wide range of technical support issues, both remotely and face to face. We are looking for an individual with previous experience in a similar role, who is driven, highly motivated and keen to learn and progress. Sound interesting? Apply today!

What are we looking for?

• 2 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line IT Support
• A good communicator with customers on all levels
• A person who loves technology and can demonstrate a personal passion for technology
• Someone who would thrive in a role that is varied, challenging and busy
• Is a self-motivated individual who would benefit from being an important member of a small team
• Would like the satisfaction gained from being fully involved in solutions and not just escalating problems to another team and clearing X number of calls to meet targets
• Lives locally to RM2 and is happy to use their own car to travel to clients (expenses paid)

The position is full time but hours can fluctuate between 30-50 per week and regularly include Saturdays. Some evening / Sunday works may be required for migration and installation projects.

• Clean driving license
• Own car (required)
