Customer Service/Telesales executive, Temp to Perm, £7.50 per hour

My client, an Internation Contact Centre, is based in Canary Wharf. They are continuously growing and are therefor constantly looking for outgoing personalities. We are looking for strong individuals that are not afraid of the phone and feel comfortable making outbound calls and sell. We are interested in individuals that are looking for a progressive role and a career in Sales.

Customer Service/Telesales executive Job Responsibilities:

* B2B outbound calling, to see who they use for there fixed line Telephony / Broadband / TV Service
* Establishing contact
* Building rapport quickly
* Selling over the phone
* Target and KPI's orientated
* Competent on the CRM in terms of recording information / compliance.

Customer Service/Telesales executive job responsibilities Skills:

* Experience in Sales (telephone based) and/or Customer Service
* Target and KPI driven
* Outgoing personality
* Friendly and able to build rapport
* PC literate

Customer Service/Telesales executive Working hours and salary:

* £7.50 per hour + commission
* Monday to Friday hours from 12.00 till 08.00
* 37,5 hours per week
* Temp to perm
