The Job and You...

You will report directly to the existing Restaurant Manager, with the aim of progressing to their role within 6 months. Key responsibilities will include:-

·Smooth day to day running of restaurant and bar,

·Staff training & development,

·Maintaining and improving company standards,

·Liaising and working alongside other hotel departments,

·Stock control,

·Dealing with guest queries, issues and complaints

The role would be ideal for an ambitious restaurant/f&b supervisor or head of department, looking to take the next step in their career and continue their learning and development. Existing Restaurant Managers will very much be considered also. Ideally candidates should have experience in a high quality restaurant setting either in a hotel or standalone restaurant. The position has clear and definite progression opportunities, with eventual movement to senior management for the successful candidate.

In addition to a highly competitive salary, a share of gratuities will also be available. The role offers excellent work/life balance for the industry, with the guarantee of 2 days off at the same time, plus 1 weekend off per month in the busy, spring/summer season.
