Senior Programme Manager

Location - Canary Wharf

£65 - 70k + Bonus + Benefits

Capstone's London based Project Management team are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and planning consultancy for an experienced Programme Manager role arising through internal progression for the current role holder. The successful candidate will be seconded to one of their top clients in the Financial Services Sector and manage a team of Programme Managers located in London and New York to assist with a Transformation Programme for the Financial Service's Real Estate Department. However whilst the individual will be seconded to a client they will not be isolated in the company, and will have the support of other colleagues in the same office location as well as regular meetings and social events at the Head Office.

Skills required:

* Proven Programme Manager experience, experience within Financial Services is of particular interest
* Confident both on site and in an office environment, capable of decision making and taking ownership for work
* Be able to prioritise work and capable of producing accurate timely reports
* Strong report writing skills and client communication skills
* This position has long term career prospects within a global company; you must be ambitious and driven. The candidate will be likely to be on secondment to the client for approx. 2 years, after which time the individual will be in an excellent position to progress into a new role in the business.

Roles and Responsibilities:

* Executing a specific CRES programme of works; monitoring and hitting varying targets
* Lots of stakeholder meetings; ability to package up and articulate clearly to varying audiences as well as internally report
* Management of internal team in London and New York
* Interface with the governance central function within the clients real estate team
