My client a leader in financial services has a temporary assignment for an experienced administrator to join one of their divisions based in Hove next to Hove Park occasional travel to London

Start: ASAP

Activities:

Validate, process and roll out a way of working new to the business area

Self-manage workloads from a centralised team work-flow tool

Organise and be responsible for the entire roll out of this way of working with all staff in the business area.

Able to manage effectively any resistance to this new process

Maintain good relationships and grow relationships with key stakeholder

Provision management information

Review and improvement of process, procedures and risk mitigation

Participation in change initiatives representing the needs of the department

Work closely with internal/external clients to continuously assess their requirements. Ensure service level agreements are adhered to.

Identify control weaknesses relating to the COM Function. Recommend and implement procedural and process change.

To assist with new developments and projects to improve efficiency and productivity.

Hours of work are 0900 to 1700 ideally other hours considered - 7 hours standard based in hove 4 days per week
