We are currently recruiting an experienced Payroll and Benefits Advisor to join our client on a part time basis who is comfortable with managing an end to end payroll and benefits. Although the payroll is partly outsourced our client require an individual to manage the in house process which will involve being a subject matter expert on all payroll practice, policies, process and operating procedures, managing relationship with external payroll and benefit providers, managing all UK and Ireland payroll processes including tax year end, P11d's, managing the renewal of benefit schemes such as private healthcare, life assurance, group income protection. Candidates with excellent ability to draft Companywide communications and liaise confidentially with Executive members about their pay, tax and benefit arrangements would be highly considered.
