I am currently recruiting for a Care Coordinator to join my client at their domiciliary care branch located in Stevenage.

This branch is an established provider across the county, currently rated 'Good' with CQC and is looking for a strong candidate to join them and hit the ground running.

*A Full UK Driving License with access to a car is ESSENTIAL for this role

The Position:

You will be joining an existing staff team and report directly in the Registered Manager of the branch. Your duties will include, but are not limited too;
- Create and distribute rotas for all staff members
- Act as the first point of contact for your allocated area
- Assist with providing hands on care, if required
- Liaise with social workers and the local authority on a regular basis

The Person:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
- Previous experience in a coordinating role
- Computer literate
