Regional HR Business Partner (FTC) - 12 to 15 months - Bath & Reading - £40,000 plus car **

This role is ideally to start in August and is reporting to the HR Director of this prestigious organisation. The regional HR-BP will support the senior management team of the Reading and Bath sites in providing timely HR advice and guidance. The ideal candidate will lead, manage and develop the HR team, ensure clear roles and responsibilities yet retain the flexibility to meet all business support needs.

* Delivery of all HR KPI reporting, including appropriate analysis and interpretation, complying with all applicable deadlines.

* Proactively develop the HR function, ensuring consistency with other sites.

* Responsible for Learning and Development administration including reporting of compliance of mandatory training

* Work with Operations/Departmental managers to create and deliver a strategy to resource and develop their workforce, covering organisational change, service improvements and targeted training & development.

* Implement and further develop HR training for line managers.

* Be the lead for projects which will allow you to work with a wide range of managers and develop a site-wide approach on a particular issue.

* Have freedom to make decisions alongside the Departmental managers about the management of the final stage of ER cases

* Work closely with HR colleagues to share learning from people management cases within the site, promoting support, consistency and continual learning. Attend HR meetings across sites to share learning.
