Head of DevOps needed for a customer retargeting business based in Reading. Our customer is multi-award winning organisations who are the leader in their field. Over the last 4 years they have grown dramatically and have a product portfolio that is cutting-edge and leading the market. Due to the work, they are doing they have attracted some of the best IT minds in the Thames Valley and now they are seeking a Head of DevOps to manage the DevOps team.

The business has had huge national media exposure and is currently developing a new product to hit the market. You will be part of the Senior Management Team and will play a key part in future strategy definition.

The Head of DevOps will be to take full ownership of the AWS infrastructure and manage and build a highly talented team of specific DevOps individuals. Additionally, you will use your AWS expertise to have a huge input into overcoming the business obstacles.

The ideal candidate will have strong DevOps experience, coupled with AWS and Linux experience. Experience of helping grow a business through DevOps is highly desirable.
