Teaching Personnel are working on behalf of a central Oldham Primary school who are seeking Learning Support Assistants to conduct small focus interventions this coming September.

The school has three new and modern small intervention roles that all have up to date white boards and facilities to make learning interactive and visual. For these small groups you will be delivering set work that will focus on their gaps in learning and help raise attainment.
The work will be planned by class teacher but they will be looking for your input and assistants for ideas. This is an ideal role for teaching assistant who is looking to embark onto a PGCE or schools direct.
The Role Highlights:
• Small group interventions in Modern and up to date facilitated rooms
• Helping identify gaps in learning and planning activities with teachers.
• Brilliant role for TA looking to embark on PGCE.
The schools:
This primary school is located in a significantly deprived area of Oldham meaning a high proportion of children turn to school as a safe environment. Social emotional mental health is a concern, so all members of staff needs to be extra vigilant and up to date with safeguarding polices. With a head teacher of 15 years, you’ll be in good hands.
If you are looking to become a valuable member of this school and be a learning support mentor, please send an up to date CV
