Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team in developing and implementing a performance management and reporting framework to help drive service improvements and achieve value for money, including ongoing review of indicators and targets.

You will ensure the integrity and validity of all performance data from all sources, auditing and improving the quality of data held on the information systems.

Provide regular, timely and accurate management information on performance

Benchmarking company processes against other organisations, promoting best practice and ensuring effective monitoring of performance.

Principal accountabilities:

1. Understand the performance information needs of all levels of the organisation and develop innovative and cost effective ways of producing this data on a regular basis.

2. Undertake customer research and analysis on various aspects of the housing sector. This will include market sector analysis of other housing providers, financial data analysis, benchmarking, the impact of new government policies and customer surveys.

3. Support the Head of service in service reviews across all BHP functions, lead on projects and tasks as required and make recommendations for efficiencies, better use of resources and improved use of IT systems to achieve BHP strategic objectives and meet customer needs.

4. Maintain an awareness of changes and developments directed by Central Government and other external factors.

5. Manage a comprehensive programme of monitoring Key Performance Indicators across the organisation. Ensuring all KPI data is accurate and on time and reporting to the Executive and Senior Management teams, the Board, the local Council and other stakeholders as required. Ensure good quality performance reporting to a range.
