We are looking for a self-motivated Marketing professional, to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator you will be involved in a variety of activities to support business objectives that will include;

* Managing and maintain company websites
* Increase online presence ensuring social media and websites are current and relevant
* Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters and mailshots
* Maximise vacancy exposure maintaining job boards and window displays
* Working with the Directors to help to create the annual Marketing Plan ensuring it is alligned with Business and Sales objectives and achieving those objectives.


* An aptitude and passion for 'Marketing'
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Creative writing skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
* The ability to work to deadlines
* Competent at proof reading and excellent attention to detail
* Have a competent understanding of Microsoft Office applications including, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
* Knowledge of working with Adobe InDesign and Photoshop is preferred but not essential


* Part time position 20 hours per week flexibility is offered.

Partners Employment is an established Recruitment Business based in Trowbridge Wiltshire supplying temporary and permenant staff to clients in the south west. Basic salary of £16 - £18k per annum pro rata depending on experience an excellent training and development programme will be provided.
